I’ve worked out of a home office for years, but haven’t had to sacrifice anything that a big office offers. Part of my initial business strategy was to take advantage of the UPS Store’s many services. The BIG benefits are that I do not have the overhead costs of having an office, yet I can still have access to a variety of products and services:
Mailbox services: As you know, I feature a lot of products on the show. Having a mailbox at the UPS store enables me:
- To have a real street address, not a P.O. Box number
- Have packages accepted from any carrier
- Get text or email alerts when mail or packages arrive
- Mail holding and forwarding
- Call in MailCheck
These services alone are priceless. I never have to worry about being home to accept a package and I never have to wonder if something has been delivered – I just check my email.
Print Services: Anytime I need anything printed I email in my files and pick it up when I get my mail. I can’t even tell you the last time I bought ink for my own printer! The UPS Store offers a variety of print services such as:
- Flyers, Brochures, Invitations
- Business Cards, Posters, Banners
- Presentations, Direct Mail
- Document Finishing: Binding, Laminating, and more
I get such a bang for my buck at The UPS Store! When I pickup mail I can also drop off outgoing mail, make copies, pickup printed items, and complete tons of other “office” needs.
The UPS Store has a passion not only for logistics, but for small businesses too. The campaign phrase – not to be confused with the brand tagline – is a way to connect more deeply with the audience by expressing the desire and enthusiasm to help small businesses succeed.
